1. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for any activity under it. Keep your sign-in details and any App Lock passcode secure.
2. Acceptable use
StoryWhisper is for creating and sharing children's stories. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. AI-generated content is provided as-is; review it before sharing with children.
3. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the recordings and stories you create. By publishing to the community library you grant other users permission to listen to that content within the app.
4. Subscriptions
Premium features are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your app store settings.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
